This is the second time we asked Platinum Professional to clean our carpets. This time we had the upstairs done as well. Not only was the price very reasonable, but Donald did an awesome job again. He went the extra mile to get rid of the awful mystery smell in an area of our living room (the kids most likely spilled something there). Carpets look and smell renewed and we are happy. I highly recommend this business!

We just finished getting our carpets cleaned and wanted to thank Don for his service. Making an appointment online was very easy. He showed up on time and got it all done in a quick and thorough fashion. We had a lot of pet stains and mud thanks to dogs but almost all of it is gone. Payment was easy (they have a card reader) and very reasonable. $150 for 4 rooms. Thank you and I highly recommend this business.
